Day 1: ARRIVAL

You will be met upon arrival at Kisauni Zanzibar Airport by our representative and transferred to a hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at your hotel in Stone town. Meal plan: breakfast only.

Day 2: PRISON ISLAND

Pick up from the Hotel for a ferry boat to Prison Island. Spend the day snorkeling and exploring the beauty of this Isle which has giant tortoise and turtles. Visit the old prison camp before being ferried to the neighboring Isle called Changuu which has Restaurant for Lunch. Later ferry back to Main Island for Dinner and over night. Meal plan: breakfast and dinner.

Day 3: SPICE TOUR

Pick up from the hotel after breakfast and transfer to the spice farm for the spice tour.  Zanzibar is renowned as one of the best producers of spices in the world. You will walk through the different spice farms and you will be guided on what each spice is used for. Feel free to request for some if you want to taste.

You will then have lunch and later on be entertained in some of the African traditional songs while you feast on palms. Later drive back to your hotel for overnight. Meal plan: Breakfast only

Day 4: BEACH

After breakfast spend this day at leisure strolling along the beach, and sunbathing. You may also choose to join the local women in the sea weed harvesting or observing the local fishermen sailing towards their fishing zone. The interaction of clients with local gives them an opportunity to experience life style of origin people of Zanzibar on their day today life chores.

Overnight at your hotel. Meal plan: half board

Day 5: FUMBA ISLAND

Pick up from the Hotel and head for Fumba Island on the west coast where you will enjoy a snorkeling trip. Here guest will spend the whole day enjoying and having fun on small isles. and return back to the Hotel at around 17h30in the evening for over night and Dinner. Meal plan: half board

Day 6: MANGAPWANI SLAVE CAVES

Transfer from the Hotel to the Mangapwani west coast of the Islands where there are remains of slaves Caves. These were formerly used for hiding of slaves during the rise of ant- slavery campaigners. Though it was used as a water catchments during the time, when the abolishment’s of the slavery was issued this venue played a bigger role in lives of many people at the colonial error by the Arabs.

You will be saved spice lunch at the famous Serena Mangapwani Hotel before proceeding back to the Hotel for Dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Half board.

Day 7:

After breakfast spend the rest of the day at leisure with no interruptions. You may choose to spend it at your hotel reading novels, swimming on the pool or clean blue water. Overnight at your hotel. Meal plan: half board

Day 8: DEPARTURE

After breakfast and your last minute shopping transfer to the airport to catch your flight back home, marking the end of your trip.
